💰 Salary: $2,900/month (Fixed)
📅 Contract: 1 Sep 2026 – 31 Jul 2027 (10 months), with yearly extension subject to performance
🕐 Working Hours: Mon–Thu 8:30am–6:00pm | Fri 8:30am–5:30pm
🍱 1-hour lunch break

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Support finance and administrative functions within the Finance department.
• Liaise with learners and companies regarding outstanding invoices and related matters.
• Maintain records using Microsoft Excel and prepare documents using Microsoft Word.
• Coordinate with internal colleagues via email, phone and meetings.
• Schedule meetings and support work progress reviews.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

🔹 Requirements

• Minimum GCE O-Level with 4 passes, including English.
• At least 2 years of working experience, preferably in office administration or customer service.
• Good English communication skills
• Meticulous, customer service-oriented and a good team player.
• Mature, responsible, resourceful and able to work independently.
