🕐 Working Hours: Mon–Thu 8:30am–6pm | Fri 8:30am–5:30pm

📌 Responsibilities

• Verify and reconcile OC fee collection records.
• Identify and flag discrepancies or errors.
• Update and maintain records in relevant systems.
• Perform data entry and administrative tasks.
• Support other ad-hoc Finance duties.

✅ Requirements

• Diploma or relevant qualification preferred.
• Good English communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Detail-oriented and accurate with data.
• Good organisational skills and able to meet deadlines.
• Finance, reconciliation or administrative experience is an advantage.
