💰 Salary: $3,500 – $5,600/month

🕘 Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 42 hours/week

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Finance, Accountancy, Business or related discipline
• Experience in budgeting, financial reporting, analysis or finance operations preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; accounting/budgeting systems knowledge is an advantage
• Meticulous, organised and able to work independently
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills

Key Responsibilities

• Support budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting and variance analysis
• Consolidate budget submissions and liaise with stakeholders
• Prepare financial reports, presentations and management summaries
• Assist with data extraction, reconciliation, grants and budget administration
• Support process improvements and other finance-related tasks

📌 Note: Candidates with relevant experience may also be considered for the Management Executive / Assistant Manager level, with a salary range of $3,900 – $6,000/month.
