Mon–Thu: 8.30am–6.00pm | Fri: 8.30am–5.30pm

Requirements

• Relevant Accounts Payable or finance experience is an advantage.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook.
• Meticulous, organised and able to work well with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain vendor records and process goods receipting transactions.
• Perform Accounts Payable and financial transaction processing.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on AP-related queries.
• Prepare supporting documents for queries, clarifications and audits.
