📚 Learning & Development Specialist – Finance & Procurement | Buona Vista

💰 Salary: $3,800–$4,500/month
📅 Contract: 1 year | Immediate start
⏰ Working Hours: 42 hours/week

Requirements:

• 🎓 Diploma/Degree in any relevant discipline; fresh graduates with strong interest in L&D are welcome.
• 💡 Experience in L&D, instructional design, digital learning or learning needs analysis is preferred.
• 🗣️ Strong communication, planning, analytical and project management skills.
• 🤝 Confident engaging stakeholders at different levels.
• 🚀 Proactive, meticulous, resourceful and able to work independently and in a team.
• 🏛️ Strong interest in developing capabilities within the public sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• 📖 Design and develop learning solutions for public sector finance and procurement professionals.
• 📝 Develop curricula, training materials and digital learning resources.
• 🎥 Create digital content including videos, infographics and articles.
• 🤝 Work with subject matter experts to develop course content and learning outcomes.
• 📊 Evaluate learning effectiveness and recommend improvements.
• 🔍 Research emerging L&D trends and support process improvement projects.
• 📅 Coordinate stakeholders, project timelines and budgets.

📍 Location: Buona Vista
📌 Contract Duration: 1 year
